Real estate has been part of my life for as long as I can remember.
I grew up in a family that's been helping people purchase investment properties for decades. Over the years, our family has been involved in hundreds of millions of dollars in real estate transactions, so I had the opportunity to learn this business from people who have been doing it successfully for years.
For the past 7 years, I've been helping individuals and families purchase investment properties of their own. During that time, I've helped 250+ families take the next step toward investing in real estate and have assisted clients in securing over $60 million in financing for their purchases.
But I don't just teach real estate investing. I live it.
Today, I personally own 10+ rental units, and the rental income from my portfolio covers my mortgage, monthly expenses, and allows me to enjoy the lifestyle I worked so hard to build. That's exactly why I'm hosting this workshop.
